Stretching is not a new idea. If you have been to our Parkwood location you will have seen the yoga and Pilates first hand. Even these specific stretches are not new -- but then neither is the problem of prolonged sitting leading to poor posture and pain.
What these stretches do is quite simply GET YOU MOVING!
The whole routine takes about 3 minutes, and you don’t even need to leave the office, or lay on the floor (maybe do kick your shoes off though).
When done twice per day at least, these stretches can help you be more productive, stay mobile, and even increase flexibility.
