Valentine's Day

Roses are red, violets are blue, you deserve love and your spine does too!

It’s great to treat our loved ones on Valentine’s Day and show them how much we care, but are you showing your spine some love too? work, studies or other commitments vying for our attention, sometimes we need to be creative in how we incorporate walking into our daily life.

Our spines are there for us through our first dates to the heart breaks, so it’s important we remember to give back to our spine and show it some love by following these easy and simple tips!

Valentine's day

Head for a Romantic Walk
Take your spine on a nice date by going for a brisk walk. Some of the many benefits of walking include helping to increase your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and endurance, and contributing to a natural upright posture.
It is also a great way to help improve your health and overall wellbeing. Track your romantic Valentines’ Day walk with the
Just Start Walking app, which has a number of features, including tracking the distance and pace of your walk, lets you set goals and daily reminders, and connects to Spotify!

Straighten up app

Give Youself Just Three Minutes
