About me: I have always been passionate about helping people for as long as I can remember. My experience in health care started in 2018 as a Physiotherapist Assistant helping clients' rehabilitation to reach their goals inspired me to carry this out in my career. Learning more about Remedial Massage, I became passionate about the contrast between manual and active therapy needed in clients' well-being and recovery.

Since working as a Remedial Massage Therapist, I have had experience with a range of client’s conditions using a variety of massage techniques based on my assessment, including sports or acute injuries, rigid strapping, pregnancy massage, chronic pain and conditions, posture and joint mobility, lymphatic drainage, and general muscle tension.

My Qualifications: I graduated from The Australian Institute of Fitness with a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. I am registered with AMT, and private health funds are accepted.

Languages: English

Hobbies: In my spare time you’ll find me outdoors, whether it be camping and going 4WD in my Colorado, going for a hike or hanging out with my friends at the beach. I do weight training at the gym 3-4x a week, I love challenging myself and reaching new goals.

Best thing about my job: Wow where do I start, I love meeting new clients and working with them towards their goals. The best thing is seeing results, being a part of a person’s recovery helping them become pain free and watch them be able to do the things they love again – that is truly special.
